I suspect something like this might happen - except that Ichigo's Hollow will consume Grimmjow, instead. It certainly seems like *somebody* is gonna get eaten, Kubo has been hinting at it enough with the past few chapters. But I can't see how the story would progress when the dominant personality would be Grimmjow... I would think Ichigo would have to win this fight, if only because it would be a real cop-out for Ichigo to just get killed/eaten here, right in the middle of the story.
