Japanese read books from the other side [from the end technicaly] so this comment was probably written by some guy from the West, and if it was fake he would have just written 'Naruto opens the book'.... or he wrote this to fool us

Yeh its an alright spoiler, seems to be the same pace as the previous couple of chapters as well as following the story line but probably fake.
