Sorry, but your chapter can't be accepted BECAUSE you have not added the name of Binktopia anywhere in the release.

The name have to appear inside the release, in the Credits page of you release.

You can post your release IF you add the name of Binktopia in the pages of your release, in the pages of the chapter; not in the website.
