Because Buggy is my favorite villain from One Piece. And he's a clown. What was Kuro? A butler? That's lame.

I could do this for every other Pirate crew, but I'll stop this short and call them all lame.

Arlong is lame. Shanks has one arm. Blackbeard is too homicidal. Dragon is... alright, he's pretty cool, but I stand by my decision and I will remain Captain of the Buggy Pirates.
