edit: If you want to join any crew then post what position in the crew you'd like to fill, and which crew you'll be joining. Neo-Mugiwara is full. Whitebeard and Buggy are open.

You can join, but I AM the navigator of New-Mugiwara crew (which is full) so that position is impossible. You can be the navigator of another crew.

You should specify which crew's doctor.

So... everybody can start a new crew (existing in the manga, if possible) or join any (open) existing crew, like Whitebard or Buggy. Marines or Revolutionaries or groups like that are also allowed.
