Pein is Naruto's brother? Are they relatives? Is he really the AL?

I think Kishimoto made him to look like Naruto because he's trying to mess with us. That or he's running out of character designs. =/ Pein overall looks like a drugged up rock star. I was so disappointed when he was revealed, seriously he looks so stupid.

He does look kinda like a hard rock type person. I was hoping it was the forth!! The forth is too cool to die...*cries* Is it decided that the guys name is pein not pain? I could of swore it was the girls name. :(

About the character, I think the look is great, it's too similar to Naruto (and that will make the narutards make now a bunch of Naruto-Pein relation theories), but I hope he has no relation with Uzumaki.
