Pretty sure Magellan has Haki, plus his poison can poison stone, so why not gas?

I believe it is Magellan's habitual consumption of poisonous foods, not his overuse of his DF, that sidelines him down to only four hours.

Yeah, it's his consumption that restricts him to 4 hours, but when he fought Luffy for the first time (thus poisoning Luffy), he did say afterwards that he had over used his poison.

It's true that Magellan prob wouldn't be affected by a little heat though, from the 4th level of ID thing, but the Gasnet seems a bit more than just being hot, it is an explosion. And Ceaser can remove the oxygen from Magellan's lungs, something that can really only be countered by speed or range (at least as shown by Luffy). Magellan doesn't have the speed to excape from the oxygen control range.

Magellan would have melt CC away with his Demon Venom before he passes out. Heck, CC would have been beaten before he would be close enough to Magellan.
