It's said on the home page, Binktopia had a delay in getting their hands on WSJ because of golden week. So this time around it's gonna be out in the afternoon.
However, Madara is clearly lying. The way he describes the events creates way too many problems with what we know. So, either Kishi is gonna twist everything around, or Madara is lying. Myba not everything, but some of it is clearly a lie.

but if this all just a lie it means kishi waste this chapter big time, if it's just a lie he should reveal it when sasuke fought again with konoha ninja (naruto) and sasuke tell this story to naruto, and not like this..
maybe madara wasn't lying, but he just doesnt reveal the truth as much as it should, and if u think off it, it is still the truth if madara says that kyuubi are a natural disaster, cause if madara ara the one that summon the kyuubi, the konoha shouldn't blame the uchiha who in the village right?? the one who summon it is madara and not the clan, and the treatment from the konoha superior are very wrong to blame it on all of the uchiha clan!!

the konoha dont know of madara existence at that time (he was suppose to be dead), so its logical to say they suspect the clan.

I doubt Kishimoto would focus so many chapters on the story Tobi is telling if it was all a lie... and since this is a shonen, I doubt it even more.

Honestly None of this makes anymore sense because Itachi clearly stated that Madara helped him murder the clan that night, but now he is saying the clan was going to revolt against the village which is what he always wanted so why would he help to massacre them when instead he could have joined them shit does not make sense plus this manga is getting way to focused on Sasuke and the Uchicha why didn't the damn writer just call the Manga Sasuke instead of Naruto
