the viewers are given two different numbers for the following episode (except for episode number twelve); one number from Haruhi, who numbers the episodes according to where they fit chronologically in the plot, and one number from Kyon, who lists the episode numbers in the order in which they aired

tbh i prefered watching them in Kyon's order, rather than Haruhi's, but maybe thats because thats how i watched it the first time around.

The only time I didn't like watching it in Kyon's order was the 2 part desert story. They separated part 1 and part 2 so I was like "wtf?"

anyways watch it in air sequence (the first time then go by time sequence the second time...yes you are expected to watch it at least two times) and ORIGINAL voices or Haruhi-sama (
