Well, in this very post prior to edit I was complaining about Haruhi's guitar as shown in both the model above and the episode where she plays with ENOZ, but it turns out it's actually not a very wonky looking Les Paul as I initially thought. Here's a list of the instruments they're playing for any obsessive-compulsives in the audience who happen to care.
Haruhi: [Italia] Mondial II (Tobacco Sunburst)
Yuki: [Gibson] SG Special (Classic White)
Mai: [Lakland] Bob Glaub Signature (Teal Green)
Mizuki: [Pearl] Drum Kit
Interestingly enough, Yuki's guitar isn't actually available in classic white, so it must have been a limited run.

Don't know if I really like the chibi one, it's not the same without the rest of the characters.
Why isn't Yuki and Mikuru in the first part? S/He obviously can do them.
