    And with the death of the old CC it would bring the King forth...so Aizen could kill him..

    With his hypnosis powers the other captains would be clueless as to what's going on.
    If it would be that simple Aizen, Gin and Tousen Would have assassinated Yamamoto and killed the King (not to talk that I seriously doubt that either the king or his guards would even come out just for that).
    I think there is an actual reason why Aizen is doing things like this: even if he did assassinated the King he wouldn't necessarily sit on the throne, however if he outstrongs SS and has the HM support he will defenitly become the ultimate unquestionable ruler.
