There will not be any new Weekly Shounen Jump chapters (Bleach, Naruto, DGM, Eyeshield 21, Psyren, REBORN, Hunter x Hunter, etc...) until May 8th/9th due to Golden Week. Historically raws have been known to show up on odd days during these festivities but so far it looks like it's on schedule.
One Piece will be missing from this issue, so fans of that series will have to wait 2 more weeks for the next chapter.
It also seems that Hunter x Hunter will be back on Hiatus following this next issue.

suckage. what about Weekly Shonen Magazine?
Can you scanlate? Then consider scanlating Air Gear. Either join an existing team like Kuu, or start a new team. But Air Gear is in desperate need of scanlators and you could be the difference between crazy smiling grateful fans and the internet breaking down because they had nothing else to do but watch porn. Think about it.

All weekly magazines have published a double release the preivous week, including the Weekly Shonen Magazine, so I guess every one of them is not publishing during the Golden Week, just as Jump does.

lame...maybe I should move to Japan and become a mangaka. They get like 20 weeks off a year lol.

Saw an interview in French with the Mangaka who wrote Monster, he was talking about how a Western comic book writer is doing maybe 100 pages worth of material a year, the Mangaka is writing that in just a few weeks, and is almost always the artist as well, which is rare in comics. If you're looking to skive, there are easier jobs...
