The Kaze Kaze No mi, (Wind, Wind fruit) gains the ability to control wind - I think Monkey D Dragon has it*
Attacks:
Tornado - Creates a huge tornade of destrucktion
Oxygen Pump - removes all oxygen inside the targets body which will make them suffocate and eventually die.
Destruction - Removes all oxygen from earth except a small amount which the user will put around himself and the people he doesen't want to be killed.
