[Kaon]

Romdo is a dome-shaped city in which humans and robots coexist. It is a “paradise where emotions are not required,” and everything is completely controlled and regulated. Re-l Mayer, a young female inspector from the Civilian Intelligence Office, is pursuing a mysterious murderer in this paradise city. A strange message heralding the “Awakening” appears in her house just seconds before she is brutally attacked by a deformed phantom. Who was that phantom that attacked her and who was that individual who intervened on her behalf? The mystery ends up wrapped within another mystery that interweaves into a dark spiral, and a metaphysical battle cry lures Re-l away from the safety of her city and into the desolated land beyond.

I just finished watching this totally awesome anime and I gotta say it's badass! Even though the story might seem pretty confusing, this anime is really worth watching.

I got halfway through the Shinsen-subs release before I just lost interest in the series. The whole cyberpunk/religious viewpoints that were discussed in the series were done nicely done however.

I'll probably purchase the actual Geneon dub once I get the money.

i watched this anime a little while ago and i remember when i started watching it i wasn't really into it but as i watched more episodes the story got pretty interesting.

Question about the ending

SO, at the end he smiles and says something about he been the proxy of death, so does that mean he is gonna kill the humans that are landing on earth at that moment and wipe humanity of the earth or something else?
