Is Orochimaru still alive in kabuto?

I wanted to know, ever since Itachi has trapped Orochimaru inside an eternal Genjutsu in another dimention. (Probebly he wanted to do that before sending power to Sasuke)
It seems Orochimaru is dead...

But wait! What happen to that 30% that Kabuto greffed on him? Will Orochimaru come back? Some one help me with this its so confusing!

Most definitely whatever of Oro is in Kabuto is still there. The question is whether or not it will be Oro's personality, Kabuto's, or an entire new person...

orochimaru could still be alive any way, three snakes escaped itachi's jutsu, but we only saw one get burned

Yea but the whole area was surrounded by black flames though. The first snake didn't even make it to the forest before it was burned so Im just gonna assume that they were all headed for the forest and got wasted.

As far as the Kabutochimaru incident is concerned, if Kabuto doesn't suppress Oro's cells, Orochimaru will be back again.

If Oro survives because of those dumb snakes, I will be so pissed. I really don't think Oro is that good.

I don't really think that if that thing takes over it will be Orochimaru. I think it will be more like a senseless monster

I like orochimaru, but he isn’t my favourite

I want him to be alive because his death was pathetic and too quick.

I want him to die like jiraiya, an epic battle were he shows all of his strongest jutsu.
