    Basilisk

has any one watched this one it has been out for a while i found them on some torrent site. over all i think its pretty good anime about ninjas. lot of killing and blood and partial nudity toward the end of the series. Too bad it was only 24 episodes.

yea i've watched it. well the reason why it's only 24 episodes is cuz the manga is really short it's only 34 chapters. the anime was released about a year after the manga was finished so what you see in the anime is what you see in the manga.

Yeah I saw the series. It was much closer to the source material than say, Naruto. A mature and sometimes tragic story is more akin to the shinobi of real life. I've been meaning to see Shinobi: Heart Under the Blade but the local retailers don't have what you might call a resonable price.
