LOL I like Ginji a bit more than Ban. But I wouldn't be able to choose a fav character. Akabane, was awesome because he gave Ginji and Ban a run for their money. =] And of course, Kazuki. <3

I found this manga because the first 13 volumes were on sale at a bookstore, only about $10 a volume.

I became addicted to it, though I admit I didn't like some of the art at the start. (Everyone's noses are just holes, dammit! XD)
I got used to it though and really like it now. :3

Ban's my fav, hands down. <3
Ginji a close second.

I've only watched a few episodes of the anime, but I didn't really like it much... I dunno, to me it didn't live up to my expections. And the opening song! Definetly *not* one of my favourites...

If I have some time, I'd like to watch it again...

It was the other way around for me.

Tried the manga, didn't like it. (Though that's obviously in the past!^^)
Years later I watched a few episodes of the anime and got hooked!

I also don't like the first opening song but I like and downloaded the second opening. And I agree, the art annoyed me at first and the manga is much better than the anime (especially the length). I managed to watch the whole seires but the ending wasn't that good.
