Kakashi thoughts: Shino's jutsu should work..if it doesn't I dont know what will

Tobi: gross!!! get those things away from me!

Shino lifts his hands-tons of bug's fly at Tobi-

the agile Tobi jumps away from the swarms-

he lands on a branch a few feet above the Konoha team

Shino: he is right where I want him....

meanwhile-

Zetsu comes out of the ground in the Akatsuki cave-

Pein: the result of the battle?

Pein then notices Itachi isn't with him

Pein: seeing as Itachi isn't with you that can only mean....

Zetsu: Yes....


cut's to a view of Itachi's dead body from above with words on the side saying: Itachi is dead.

Sasuke is leaning on his sword as the rest of the team comes running up.

Suigetsu: Kisame senpaii got away

Karin notices the dead Itachi-

Karin: you killed him!

Juugo: your goal is now complete,what will you do now?

Sasuke takes his sword out of the ground-

Sasuke: no,it's not

Suigetsu Karin Juugo:!?

Sasuke: I have one person left to kill...

Karin: who?

Sasuke: his name is.......

cuts to a close up of Tobi's mask-

Tobi: haha I got away from those gross bug's of yours!

little does Tobi know the bug's are crawling up his leg-

it shows them on his shoe going on his cloak-

Tobi:-my! -my leg is going numb!!!

Shino: yes, the power of my bugs

Naruto: Shino's got him nailed!

they are on both Tobi's leg's and he falls forward off the tree because he cant move his legs

Tobi: gwaaaaaaah!

he lands on the ground face up with a thump-

Shino's bug's start to crawl on Tobi's mask eating it away

Tobi is able to make the bug's go through his leg's and he gets to his feet trying to tear off the mask

the mask cracks and half of it falls off

Naruto: who are you?

the half of the face that is shown is in shadow and all you see is the sharingan eye

Kakashi: it cant be...you cant be Obito!

Tobi: my name isn't Obito.

Kakashi: ! then who..!

Tobi: my name.....is...

it shows the large word's in the air in bold

Uchiha....Madara...

Shino: A power that causes solid matter to pass through like air... my insects will uncover your secret.

Tobi: Ku ku ku... you Abarame guys are all the same, you think you know it all. Lets see your disgusting bugs uncover this!

Tobi pulls out a sealed scroll of some kind.

Sakura: Hey, is he going to summon from the scroll?!

Yamato: Careful, we don't know what kind of tricks this Akatsuki will use..

Tobi runs a finger along the scroll, which vanishes in a puff of smoke. In his hand is a comically oversized flyswatter.

Naruto Yamato Sakura and Kiba have sweatdrops and Hinata looks on edge.

Naruto: A-a flyswatter?

Shino raises a finger and the bug swarm goes after Tobi.

Tobi swats at the air with the fly swatter, making large gusts of wind, blowing sections of the swarm away but some of it

Shino watches Tobi move as the swarm circles. After a moment, a single bug manages to land on the tip of Tobi's hair.

Shino begins to move to attack, now, throwing a kunai at Tobi. The kunai passes through him, and the bugs seem to curve off to the right. A closeup of Shino's face is shown

Shino: So that is how...

Yamato: What is it Shino?

Shino: He's already in a different location by the time the attack is heading towards him.

The bugs curve back towards where Tobi is.

Shino: I do not know how, but he's moving so fast, that it appears he isn't moving at all... even the Byakugan can't detect the extremely precise movement... but my bugs can.track him immediately by scent.

Shino turns to look at Kiba.

Kiba: Right. C'mon, Akamaru! This is what we trained for!

Kiba eats a pill, then gets down on all fours, and Akamaru joins using the beast-human transformation.

Kiba: Now!

The spoilers are weird. On the one hand it's too early for Tobi to show his face and that thing with saying 'Uchiha Madara' at the same time seems fishy, too. Kishi has made this kind of thing a few times and it would be boring of him if did this again. On the other hand this flyswatter suits Tobi and the explanation for his strange technique seems reasonably.

I think it's fake. Tobi aint showing his face now, and the team totally ignores his sharingan. Kakashi and Yamato should know Madara Uchiha and wouldn't just ignore it either. Further I doubt we'll see Sasuke stand up anytime soon. And Flyswatter made by a summon scroll ? Come on...

Kakashi: You're telling me he used space-time jutsu!? You gotta be kidding!

Kakashi: This means he jumped through space-time without having to perform seals or kuchisoye (a summoning) ....That'd make his space-time ninjutsu greater than even the Fourth's!

Hinata: Byakugan! Found him! Over there!

跳び［イヤー！ども。]
Tobi: Howdy, folks!

跳びの横にゼツが出てくる！
Zetsu appears right beside Tobi.

跳び［どうだった？]
Tobi: Well?

Kakashi notices Tobi's sharingan!

(Looks like he's in full "Bad-ass Madara mode" when he says this, going by his choice of words - Iwa).
