He broke it, cuz if he didnt Kishi would be really sad cuz that would be the end of Sasuke. If Sasuke is a goner then Kishi's favorite character is gone. Why did he survive the MS? Because Kishi wanted to!

Sasuke may have MS but there are no proof of it. In the biginning of the Sasuke/Itachi fight Itachi points out that Sasuke don´t have MS but he could be wrong. As we have seen with Kakashi, it is possible to achieve MS without killing your best friend and Sasuke could have done it in a similar way. In the end it´s just very unlikely that Sasuke has MS since then he probably would have used it when Itachi pulled up Susanoo.

not if he never had enough chakra he couldnt. mind itachi had no chackr left at that point too but was able to use susanoo because he already used tsukiyomi and amaterasu to release it.

dude y do u always go back to kashi. Sasuke won't die bcz he's fav character of kashi and Naruto won't die bcz he's the main character. don't say that, you lose the interest in the story.

Would the MS work on someone who has MS? Wouldn't it just cancel out.

Ok, if your still lost then i'll go a bit further. We all know that all MS have different styles, what if Sasukes style didnt differ much from the origanal 3-tomoe sharingan?

It's different from the normal sharingan...Maybe he can activate MS only by using CS?
