As far as villian's go I think Naraku was one of the baddest, they just keep making him more and more of an asshole lol, I truely hate him.

Orochimaru I think is a good villian although I don't really think he's that bad cause hes not doing things out mallice and hate like most do, he's got more of a plan and won't stop till he's accomplished it

Freeza was a pretty bad villian too

and most of the Ninja scroll guys lol.

1. Naraku from Inuyasha
2. Shishio form Kenshin
3. Aizen from Bleach
4. all of Akatsuki from Naruto
5. all of Schichibukai from One Piece except Mihawk b/c I haven't seen anything so far that is villanous from him.

They're others from other animes, but I think these are the badest so far that I remember.
