Thats Bartholomew Kuma (Kuma is japanese for bear)

He has bear ears on the top of his hat, and has very dark brown hair.

EDIT: from what you can see, he's pale, has purple-ish lips and his cloak is dark, as well as his hair

That was merely a shadowy image of Moria, hardly applicable as his real coloring. However true enough, a coloured version of Moria has been released. The cover page of volume 47 depict a Moria with red hair, pale facial features and black suit.

red hair does'nt suit him i think blue is better on him but nothing you can do about it

Well, in the last episode we've seen his silhouette -eyes and a charming smile. A pair of episodes to go, and w'll see him in full colour. It's going to be awesome XD

This is manga, isn't it? In the anime they can still change the colour pattern. But I hope Toei won't, cause it suits Moria.

When I look at the opening, you can tell if you look closely that Moria has a red shade for his hair, so it might be more accurate than you think. At first I was taken back by his voice, but now it all fits, so Moria is cool in my books.

Aww, i was kinda hoping that colour would never be revealed, and when they show him in the anime everything goes all black and white =[ Ya'know, just to piss us off hehe ^_^

Due to the whole zombie thing I'd always pictured him as a goth pale-ish bastard, seems like it was close enough.
