Chris Chike, a 16 year old boy from Minnesota, has been declared the best gh3 player by setting a guiness world record. You know the song "Through the Fire and Flames", well Chris scored a 97% with a score of 840,646 points. His official record is "Highest Score for a Single Song on Guitar Hero 3".
