additionally, the body would have been so decayed that the body would have been deformed and some body parts may have deteriorated or be destroyed completely, in this case, the eye.And i doubt he used a crappy messed up eye to control the kyuubi.

If Madara had picked Obito's body, Who says he couldn't have done so long long before the Minato/Kyuubi battle? There's nothing to say he couldn't have done so right after the rock fall.

even if he used obitos body before kyuubi, how could he control kyuubi with a sharingan that was crushed by a boulder from a mediocre uchiha?

all right i dont know if this was disscused or not i didnt want to read everyones thoughts but ok hear it goes

when deidara killed him self everyone thought tobi was also killed in the blast then which we all know he wasn't but i chapter 363 page 17 pein was given an ordered to capture the kyuubi and failure would not be accepted. and so far the only person to give pein orders was madara so we now know the person in the shadows was tobi. but how did he get to the rain village so fast after the fight?

your remark has already been stated by someone else on one of the threads. my response to your post is that madara could have done the same thing sasuke did space time jutsu. i think that answers your question and if you have anymore feel free to ask .
