Its location is unknown, besides jiraiya said 'former whirlpool country', going by the symbol of konoha, i think the fire country and the whirlpool country might have emerged into one country and the konoha symbol resembles both a leaf and whirlpool.

I seriously can't believe this is still a theory. Someone please tell me the 'supporters' of the thread are joking.

Tobi is Madara. Stated by himself on the manga.
Even if he was in Obito's body he'd still be Madara, not Obito.
Why on earth would he choose Obito, over all the other Elite Uchihas from the Massacre?
He wears that mask because Kishimoto decided so. It gives characters misteriousness and appeal to the audience. Also, he's plain old.
And finally, there's not even a hint of Obito in the latest chapter. You wanna know why? because he was a supporting character.

weve recently learned that tobi is madara and most people probably think he was just acting as a stupid newcomer in order to hide his identity and divert suspicion and that his true personality is shown here:
