itachi told sasuke after he slaughtered the uchiha clan that if he(sasuke) were to obtain the mangeko sharigan that there would be 3 people capable of using it (itachi, sasuke, mystery guy.) maybe the 3rd person is obito if he's still alive.

the third person is either kakashi or the original person who obtained sharingan and wrote about it and hid it away. can't be tobi cause this was before his time
