Kisame and/or Konan. Zetsu will definitely die, and if I had an option for none I would choose that because I think they will all be killed.

Pain, Madara and Zetsu will be the final people remaining.
But I cant help but get a feeling that Zetsu will remain alive throughout the entire series.

Kisame and Zetsu are probably going to survive, because they seem to not care about the plans as much as the masterminds
