Worst game you have ever been tricked into buying?

Devil May Cry 1-3. I bought them all at the same time and I thought it was gonna be fun killing demons, but it was pretty stupid. I just couldn't get into it.

Ok first I like halo 3, i think its a pretty good game but its really just halo 2 but nicer looking, and as for DMC, they are pretty tough games and I like the challenge but still its a ball busting game on higher difficulty for part 1 and 3,

part 2 gave me cancer i think it was just awful

I think thats what i mean to say in that DMC post i did, specifically part 2,

1 and 3 loved them

I feel embarrassed that I ever bought that game. I was talked into it too. It looked like it was going to have an interesting story with mysteries, action, and characters with deep and tragic pasts. I mean, it came from Squaresoft that made the Final Fantasy series, and games I liked like Parasite Eve.

After beating the game in 25 minutes and discovering the girl we were trying so desperately to rescue was really just a lifelike andriod, and Volt knew all along but didn't want to say anything about it. And that tattoo guy was a spy? And Kaldea dies no matter what? Like no matter what. She dies in 3 horrible ways. Impaled, or taking a death blow, or my favorite, being trapped in a room with no Oxygen.
