None of the above. I don't think we'll atually see her have a kiss in the series. Especially not wtih Aizen. Where'd people get the idea Aizen would kiss Inoue? That little panel in the manga was no proof of that.

you asked why we would think Aizen would kiss Orihime, that's the same as asking for a reason. I don't think Aizen kissed her but actually I thought it would be interesting in the future if it happened and besides this thread was more of in the joke sense (I even included Chizuru for Haruhi's sake)
