Don't know if this has been mentioned, but...

I don't think the Stern Ritters are Real Human Quincies, Could they in fact be Hollows fully converted to quincies by some process(which is why His Majesty, Zig Heil Buck Beard Esquire, bothers to keep Halibel as his prisoner)? Whereas Opie the Arrancar was an Incomplete Conversion, and a throw away used to confirm that Bankai theft won't work on Ichigo?

There was a missing page that mangapanda or mangareader failed to upload.... it probably explained that this big quincy was the one who killed sasakibe here is the image: ... this was before the spear was thrown at hisagi before yamamoto makes an appearance

I doubt this. Quincy's sole purpose is to eliminate hollows to oblivion. It wouldn't make any sense if they all came from them. One thing is for sure though, BB ain't human. They probably kept Halibel for information or/and to steal her powers as well. I would say that Quincy's are more closer to fullbringers than anything else.

It has something to do with lightning, as it's name and the name of the chapter, even fillers , suggests. A lightning rod, a thunder spear, something along those lines, probably.
