the orignal picture is the bottom one from the manga chapter 363 and then the top one is the AL with the pieces and the lines in his eyes removed and the leaf forehead protector on

its also possible that konoha never knew of the existence of pain.. cause he's obviously *if hes naruto's big bro..* older and lived in the mist village.. anyways it's just too easy to find theorys on how konoha never knew of his existence this way..
