Thats pretty much how things go, i believe, when theres going to be a sequel, so much more action later on...hopefully

redfuzzy, this isn't no Scary Movie or to a lesser extent the star wars prequel trilogy (and as Asce said...thems Matrix sequels)

I can only hope...I'm being optimistic based on how this one turned out.

Why don't more people read these mangas?

Tony Stark is an unbelievable character. Well, this movie is my first exposure of Iron Man, so yeah.

I am a huge fan of this movie; 'transformation' scene was awesomeness, I daresay better than the one in Transformers (cause the Transformers basically disassembled themselves to dust before reassembling :/); dialogue was amusing, not terribly witty but humourous enough and easy to follow; and waah, his suit talks back, with sarcasm! That's awesome.

Overall, a good show, I'm glad I took time off to watch this at the cinema. ^^

Gwyneth Paltrow's character was one of my favorite parts of the movie. that and of course the explosions =D
Gwyneth Paltrow plays Virginia "Pepper" Potts: Stark's personal secretary and budding love interest. Paltrow asked Marvel to send her any comics that they would consider relevant to her understanding of the character, which she considered to be very smart, levelheaded, and grounded. She said she liked "the fact that there's a sexuality that's not blatant." Favreau wanted Potts' and Stark's relationship to be reminiscent of a 1940s comedy, something which Paltrow considered to be fun in a sexy yet innocent way.

This movie was one of the best superhero movies. Character developement was rich, the storyline was rich. The fights were good aswell. I thought it was funny too. I hope a sequel comes out soon, I want to see what the full potential of that suit is.

God no, this movie was pretty good, they condensed the iron monger arc into 2 hours, id say thats quite and achievement

Bad storyline? what on Earth are you talking about. The storyline was good, while the characters were well developed. If by storyline you mean flashy fight scenes that last hours, it did lack in those :/

No its for the Avengers movie. After Captain America and Thor come out, they're going to come out with a movie combining several marvel heroes.

    theyre making a Thor movie?

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
