It's not a plothole guys, it makes sense that ppl with immense reiatsu can "force" their sword to shikai. The rule of knowing the name only applies to "normal" ppl. There's nothing wrong with having an exception to a rule. There's exceptions in almost everything.

his sword is in shikai mode his reiatsu forced it to shikai release. although he doesnt know the name, which hinders him from using any techniques the sword might have. kenpachi relies on instinct brutality and skill in fighting; rather than rely on sword skills. so can someone make a better topic and sticky it im so sick of ppl sayin he cant be in shikai when its a know fact that he is. youroichi said it. kishi confirmed it, its in the databooks so please stop this madness its kinda a troll topic popping where ever kenpachis name pops up

actually Yoruichi never said it... she just said to Ichigo: Did you realize that your soul slayer is in permanent shikai (something like that)
and ICHIGO was the one who said: that reminds me of Zaraki (which counts)
