well i already mentioned a theory about him beeing some kinda hero
by kidnapping the mermaids he unwillingly protected them against luffy destroying fishman island.

maybe somehow he'll join the crew but with an hiddden agenda getting luffy's head like flare blitzz said
maybe oda will make it like a comedy (he tries but never succeeds)
i don't like that idea thoug,... you never know with oda

Do note how the SH's crew or members of opposition against Hodi are "Just 10 scrawny, weak pirates", note the number 10....

Yeah but in the picture was was also the Princess although they were talking about Jimbei, Shirahoshi could fight aswell...she could sit on someone.

Also, the singular ability to call enough Sea Kings to completely f%$k s@#t up! She could've eliminated 50,000 pirates as quickly and easily as Luffy did. lol

Well by the SBS of Vol 63 we can say even more that Shirahoshi's legs wouldn't split anytime soon (even if she has much bigger problems ). And after this chapter I think people should realize she isn't a fighter or has any fighting skills besides summoning Sea-King. The color spread was full of mermaids so it means nothing... Of course Shirahoshi would be there as mermaid princess.

If Jinbei won't join now(because he won`t)... than no one will.

I say they just feed Thousand Sunny the Cat Cat no Mi, Model: Lion (Pissed Off), and be done with it. Worked for Spandam's Sword. Not only do you have a 10th crewmember with a tragic past, but it will have the most important job in the crew: Alive Keeperer!
