ok let's say in matter of opinion. I find them strong, which u don't, by what i have seen in the manga. Does that satisfy you now. And by doing that i provided proof and logical thinking.

Why she would join:
-she is strong(my explanation)
-she created a bond with luffy
-she had her times where she stood out from the other amazons.(so she's not one of the other boring amazons)
-she can be very useful(specialized in survival and hunting)

also her weapons and attacks aren't limited, what i mean by this is that she can always have a power boost or get stronger. She can get an upgrade on her bow or arrows maybe with dails on them, or fire arrows, freeze arrows something like that.

like the other's:
luffy: can learn more gomu gomu's with gear 2 and 3 and haki
zoro: plenty of more stronger swords out there, that give him new attacks
nami: can upgrade her climatact
Usopp: can upgrade his kabuto
Chopper: more forms, without rumble ball or more time. maybe control monster point
Robin: hard one, she has no weapons and her DF are also repeating. more creativty with the arms maybe, like the wings
Franky: upgrade on himself
Brook: maybe learn to attack with music :p

So if she joins she can grow along the way without sticking with the same boring attacks, you cant say that about Boa and her merro merro that she already succeded in learning completely.

You either have to have one of the following to join Luffy's crew:

• An amazing back story.
• Wanting to be the best at a particular skill
• Part of the original list of people Luffy wanted.
• Or have to be able to contribute a lot to the advancement of the story.

So far at least one of every person on Luffy's ship meets one requirement.

well Luffy doesn't have anything he want anymore, i think. Did he want a mermaid? no that was Sanji.
The only thing Luffy's missing is the bronze statue he wanted. if boa joins Sanji would be there statue :p what i don't hope :O
