i'm pretty sure it's a genjutsu. how would sasuke lose so quickly. he didn't even use the cursed seal or anything. sasuke is gonna win this match one way or another and itachi is gonna die.

I think that just before Itachi smashed Sasuke into the wall, he used Mangekyou on Sasuke, or nothing happened, and the scream was Itachi being electrocuted by Sasuke's chidori current.
One of the two... second is more unlikely, but thats what I want to happen.Yawn...

I agree with Cam, I think Sasuke used his Body Chidori Current and that was Itachi who screamed.
