    Every character besides Itachi and Madara's brother have different shapes, discussing a difference would be a waste, coz if there was a difference, it would be clearly evident watching the fighting scenes where users of MS use different techniques. However it has just been adaptations of the same move.

    maybe each person has a customized MS...each unique, or atleast in a way




    i also think the more bloodstained the person is the stronger his MS.......maybe from the hatred?
