Danzou hates Shodai's philosophy, the whole "I walk the path of peace" thing. Madara hates him because Shodai kicked the shit out of him. They're 2 very different reasons.

You also seem to think that Madara's powerful enough to cast genjutsu on an entire village non-stop for at least 70 years without anybody picking up on it, which is batshit insane.

Honestly, why can't Madara just be Madara? Why does he have to be every person to appear in more than 3 panels?

Madara probably hated Shodai before they fought - Indeed they had to have a reason to fight - you know what chapter 386 actually gave us a reason i.e.
"But Madara and The Senju Leader better known as the First Hokage Began to Quarrel over the policies of their new village."
- Thats pretty much the same reason Danzou hates the First and all subsequent Hokages.
+ Danzou hides his Right Eye (If he has one) and we have only seen Tobi's Right Sharingan Eye.

- There must be some reason why Tobi wears that mask - He must be someone we have already met - Most Likely its simply a matter of Madara wanting to hide his identity. But I hope there's more to it than that.
I am not Saying Danzou is absolutely Tobi/Madara (Most Likely he isn't) - but I do think there is good reason for people to think so.
