How Fast is your internet Connection? Do you always get what you pay for?

My internet is included with my rent. Thus the asian land lord has the worlds cheapest dsl they sell. You can in fact get decent internet in my city.

I get 2mbps and its "unlimited" ...But thats a lie they sent me a letter 2 months back saying they would cut me off if i didn't cut back on the amount i download, When i complained they just gave me this crap about a fair use policy.

i was told by a worker for my ISP that the 100Mb/s is the big line shared by many

so it can be a building,a student dormitory...as it can be 400Mb/s or 1Gb/s for some japanese

and the modem capacities can act as limiters too....
