tobi's eye thing is probably similar to how kakashi covers his eye. maybe the first sharingan is on all the time or he just uses it to save him from total blindness, although if that were the case, why wouldn't itachi do the same? if madara was his mentor why wouldn't he give itachi that secret when he helped him unlock ms? as far as why he chose tobi, well he's probably gone crazy in his old age, i've seen alot of old people just do shit for no reason other than their crazy. i mean maybe madara wupped batman's ass because he called him a bum and he had to change his name so batman wouldn't come back to knock him to the floor... because you know how much of a jackoff batman is

Still no signs of them. Rumor has it that they are coming out this weekend, but the Japanese scans have not surfaced yet so we have no idea when the English scans will come out.

The waiting continues... *argh*!!!

As usual, we will keep looking and put it up as soon as we find them!

Madara doesn't strike me as someone who cares about the well being of anyone (eg Itachi), he just uses them. Furthermore, Madara is not your regular Uchiha Sharingan user. He was the originator of the doujutsu. I suspect he might be immune from the loss of eyesight, or he at least uses it on a level different from the others.

Seeing as Madara appears to have been inactive-dormant until Akatsuki came along, his return probably was engineered by Pain or so I suspect.
