here we se the mystory man has a coat on.
Now aoukiji doesn't where a coat normally unless (the marine coat).
so based on that tiny small dtail i'll go bock on my words and say
it likely vegapunk or someone else but not aoukiji
also srange monet laughs when she sees the mystory man
in my opnion she never met aoukiji ...so it' must be someone she knows.
