^ any of those and I would think that Monet would have noticed what had hit Law. If it is a person we've seen before then the move he used on Law is probably something we haven't seen them use before. For example, if it was Aokiji, he could have scattered small ice crystals in the air that expanded when Law inhaled them.

Long time i didn't post
but by the silouhette, its should be...
AOKIJI
Would make sence too... He's too tall, same pants, and same size& width) and way of speaking as Aokiji. Not only that, but the way Law recognized him, and opened him up, its him
Itachi and Sasuke are my favorite characters ever created in a anime.
"Thank you to all the writers, drawers and translator that brings us a new Naruto chapter every week. I thank you all, for all your hard work. It is in my opinion the best anime serie ever created. Domo Arigato gosaimasu! Jamata Raishu!"
I think too the mystery man is aokiji. i just checked the admirals' shoes and only aokiji wears a pair like those in the picture. So i bet it's him. He must be scheming something to bring CC down, because he's a threat to the world. Maybe he joined the revolutionaries and is doing a mission for them ?
I say it's Aokiji. He is part of the revolutionaries now and pulls the strings there, but not to help CC or to bring him down, but because the revolutionaries want to use CC's mass destruction weapon to destroy the government.
+ Mone is part of the revolutionaries as well (that's why she's smiling when the mysterious man appears) and a spy in CC's group.
After thinking a bit I'm not really that sure it's Aokiji. Based on Mystery Man said, Law and him haven't met for quite a few years, while Law and Aokiji saw each other only 2 years ago. And if Aokiji did know Law from many years ago then I think he would have reacted stronger when he saw Law escape with Luffy during the War. So I don't think it's Aokiji, despite the shoes.

I doubt its Aokiji, also, there's NO WAY Aokiji has joined the revolutionaries, he wanted to become the 'Supreme Commander' of the marines.. the fact he was already a Admiral means he already new most of the WG's secrets, and if he didn't mind then I doubt he would just leave after he lost to Akainu.
Everything we have seen about Aokiji has shown he is a pretty compassionate guy (well, as compassionate as a Admiral could be) - I HIGHLY doubt he's working with CC while CC is kidnapping kids and getting them hooked on drugs.
That's why I'm saying that he's pulling the strings. CC doesn't know that he's just a puppet and that Aokiji is there.
I know, it's a very very very bold thought, but I like it.
But yes, the words the mysterious man has spoken doesn't fit well to that thought. But who knows, Aokiji didn't have time to talk to Law back then at the war and Oda doesn't have to show every reaction of every character. So it's still somehow possible for Aokiji to know Law from earlier. + the way he has "greeted" him is similar to when Aokiji has "greeted" Robin at Long Ring Island.
and the band wagon rolls. aokoji is the least likely guy on the island. that s like saying oh he has black boots MIHAWK must be pulling the strings or he has a top hat so it must be lucci. im not saying its not aokoji but the M.O. does not fit. he can't make people drop like that. never has, its more likely to be a new character. not saying its not aokoji but its far FAR FAR form a given.
i think that the mysterious guy has Law's heart. Simply because Law said he has something left in the island and he is clutching to where his heart is supposed to be in pain.
