I noticed that it is a completed series, but I can't find any english scanlations after chapter 62. Can someone PLEASE refer to me a site/irc i can download from?

do you know if all the manga chapters have been scanlated? because there are some mangas that are already completed but aren't fully scanlated i.e. elfen lied.
