That's where he previously lived. He obviously didn't like the owner and his neighbors were noisy.

I think Tatsuo is going to recognise Hiryuu, but is going to say something along the lines of "oh you didn't come with me to Psyren when I asked you to" "you broke your promise" :S

Really weird though, and since Psyren is a pretty new manga we don't have much evidence to base our predictions on -_-

I guarantee you, in a few years time Psyren's popularity will be at the level of Naruto and Bleach.. if not higher

Yeah i agree, though i suppose it may be something to do with it being more "believable" if you get my meaning?
As for Tatsuo, i have 3 theories:
1. He is what happens if you don't make it to your exit in time, and spend too long in Psyrens atmosphere, maybe it makes you lose your memory??
2. It is the working of an as yet unseen type of Psy that allows mind control.. perhaps the diagram we have been shown is "light" psy, burst etc.. there may be another 3 "dark" psy, control, destroy and.. i dont know, absorb?
3. The most obvious answer would be that he is something to do with the mysterious Alfred from chapter 3... i'm sure we haven't seen the last of him, and if you look at Tatsuo's mask there is a small resemblance, though it's more like Alfred merged with a similiar mask?

I just think he went threw some bad stuff and because of the trauma he has subconsciously blocked his memories.
