You're right. It's better to steak to manga if the fight are stretched like naruto and lots of fillers. I hope it's not gonna happen. I also notice that every fight in the anime are the same as manga.

But, from a manga reader's perspective, yes, there were a few underwhelming scenes. Specifically these two.

I mean, comon. When her arm breaks apart here I was like, wtf? It just kind of broke and melted. It just went "ploop."

Not like here where you can imagine the sword quickly slicing the arm into a hundred pieces and them all splashing into the water. I was a little disappointed.

Also here when she slices into the water. That scene blew me away in the manga and I really thought it deserved more then a split second's emphasis in the anime. Here it's cool.

But not a 10th as cool as this. I was really looking forward to this scene. Then it happened as I was like "Wait, what? That was it?"

i got this information from digitalpanic.net they have the very first thread about claymore manga(i think) someone there posted this information, the thread is led by 10sigh one of the scanlator of claymore manga a very nice guy(haha) try to make a visit there and say hi
