Itachi can't die that easy...for a guy that can cast genjutsu at you just by pointing his finger....can't die so easily....sasuke is to arrogant and so confident that he will end it this time...but his confidence will be his downfall

yes let him go cs lvl 2....since sasuke can't endure the pain for so long...that cs lvl 2 will prob kill him long before Itachi could ever get the chance..well at least thats what I think

oh and Itachi only pointed fingers at illusions so I'm not sure it's a genjutsu or a KB.

like itachi would fall for the trick of forcing the enemy to jump in the air(can't dodge) and stabbing him....even naruto didn't fall for that with kakashi

itachi wasn't pointing at himself at the throne but sasuke standing behind it casting him in a genjutsu

dude one thing is for you to cast a genjutsu by someone looking at your finger, another is to just trap you hidden behind a wall. Next you'll tell me he can trap people on the other side of the world. As we seen till now the genjutsu needs a medium to be cast like sharingan and finger in which you have to look at it or sound in which you have to listen it.

well maybe he used the genjutsu sasuke as a medium then pointed towards real body

the genjutsu Sasuke was only existing in Itachi's mind (even if he was aware that it was a genjutsu) and we've never seen anyone doing so. The max we've seen is counter genjutsu but always with direct visual contact between users.

if Sasuke was already in Itachi's genjutsu because he was fighting a fake Itachi. did he either.

1). See through the entire genjutsu and see the whole Itachi all along and was able to tell the other Itachi was fake. Like how he saw the C4 attack.
2). Just predicted the first Itachi was fake because of their last battle.

Now if the second one is true then it is possible that Sasuke is still in genjutsu and that is a fake one. However, if the first is true and his eyes have hit a point that he sees through genjutsu well then Itachi is screwed.
