I took that from wikipedia but I remember it being said in the manga aswell. However it says there are 6 elemental chakras. Water, wind, fire, earth and lightning. What is the sixth one? Does anyone have a idea?

This is just my own theory but I think the reason why Pain has all 6 elements is because he controls 6 bodies(re-animated dead bodies?). Each body has a single element. Much like how Kakuzu had several elements because he took the hearts of other ninja into his own body.
