also my friend told me he had read on wiki that pain takes the body's of the people he has killed and has brought them back to life, controlling them with his rinnegan.

its a bit like orochimarus jutsu when he brings the dead to life.

talking about that jutsu. i think that orochimaru is gonna come back to life somehow and bring he fourth to destroy future enemies.

I highly doubt that Ma and Pa Toad's are really Jiraiya's Parents...
He may be a Toad Sage, but probably because his family were all Contractors of the Toads, since Jiraiya had no children to pass the contract to, it went to Minato and later Naruto.
Now the Stuff on Wikipedia has long since been edited, because without proper evidence, it will be removed. Until we know exactly what Pein is, that theory is speculation.

Jiraiya's parents weren't revealed in this chapter. We have Naruto's parents this time.

And it's still unconfirmed that theory about Pain taking dead people and controlling it, because there can be a lot of different explanations of how those 6 dudes appeared, why they have those black pieces in their bodies, why is Deidara back as one of those 6, etc.
