403 errors can happen automatically if you're refreshing the site too quickly due to a server mod installed after our DDoS attack. The temporary ban is lifted after about 10 seconds.

I agree, I am not much of an artist (and do not own a scanner), but I am better with just using professional artwork and creating a scene with it.
