i've never had eggnog, dont think i've ever seen it in the supermarkets over here ...it always looks disgusting to me though
I'm a bit too old to expect "really neat stuff" from my family and friends. Having moved out five years ago, my mother will default on my Christmas gift and reason that at least once a year, she replaces something I've fubared in my apartment.
I can realistically hope for socks, socks, a bottle of whiskey and/or rum from my mother's boyfriend, more socks, and hopefully good sex after a night of eggnog.
Meh, just waiting for boxing day, thats when i'll go out and buy whatever it is that I want, which is pretty much clothes, shoes etc.
Right now I have the money to get myself a 360 but I think I'll wait til I can get that and then maybe a ps3 or a wii, I intend to get all three systems, just depends on which is last.
Its best not to expect anything, makes you happier if you get something.
This year my list is really short:
A room for only myself (because I have to sleep still in the same room as my brother...).
My mom bought my computer for me in October, so I think she can just skip getting me presents for Christmas. It was 600-something dollars, my other one crashed and was really old, the new one is a Vista.
I want a 360 from my dad, I convinced him to get it for me, so yay. It comes with a racing game and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, but I want Guitar Hero 3. DD:
Rock Band looks awesome too, but it's $170 for it + instruments. I might rent something like Bioshock, or something.
I really want an R4DS, and if anyone knows a really reliable, great place to order one from, that would make my christmas.
