Pein also managed to summon numerous animals each possessing the Rinnegan and presumably sharing their sight, probably I think it is better than Sharringan and much more powerful.

err I hope you guys remember NO ONE knew about the MS except Madara. Back in the day when they said Rinnegan was the strongest, it was said when no one knew about the MS, i would say MS is stronger, I personally think Tobi > Pein, but we haven't seen the full capabilities of the rinnegan, I mean Pein said he can create a jutsu that can wipe out an entire village, i doubt their is an MS technique that can do that

Well, Shodaime kind of defeated Madara when he had MS so I doubt it's better than the Rinnegan, thought that's not really fair to say since Shodaime never fought Pain or a Rinnegan user. Though I guess we won't know unless Pain and someone with MS fought each other. However If Kishi chose to say the Rinnegan is the greatest and chose to say it through Jiraiya then I would believe him, though it is Kishi we're talking about.

I still say the Rinnegan will turn out stronger, but from what I've seen so far the MS looks better, I'm sure there is more to the Rinnegan though, at least there better be.

It's incredibly stupid to make such a thread comparing Rinningan and the Sharingan when we don't know what the Rinningan can do. It's like asking us to choose which is stronger the Raikage or the Kazekage.

thats very true. Rinnegan is still a big mystery. Can't really come to a conclusion here.

I am just shocked that there are actually people that believe MS is better than Rinnegan. Just speechless. Its like picking a hot chick over a fat women.

80% of doujutsu we have seen in naruto is from sharingan. From what we have seen from sharingan, we have seen people counter it and all. We only saw one battle with rinnegan and yet its already the strongest doujutsu. Im not going to debate in this sharingan vs rinnegan topic anymore. Im just surprised at people thinking an eye that loses its power the more its used, and that is easily countered even by a teenager is better than the eye of a "god" who defeated the strongest of strongest in konoha. enough said.
